EASY SALSA CHICKEN CASSEROLE
INGREDIENTS
6 cups tortilla chips, crushed
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves,
boiled and shredded
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 (16 oz) jar salsa
1 (16 z) carton sour cream
2 (4 1/2 oz) cans chopped olives
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together well in baking dish and bake for
45 minutes at 375 F.
Yield: 6 Servings
