EASY RAISIN CARROT SALAD
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups grated carrots
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup mayonnaise or plain yogurt
DIRECTIONS
1. In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
Yield: 6 Servings Serving size: about 1/2 cup
